World, Welcome to a tour in my mind. Within this piece of work I wanted to provide the viewer with a feel as if they are going on a ride through my thought process. This is only a fraction to what is yet to come. Back in early 2007 I was at a rock gym and I noticed that all the routes were named. Clever names to describe the difficulty or the rock setter. I walked past one entitled “Arthritis Onslaught”. I realized that I couldn’t climb this route. It was massively advanced and that’s when I realized rock climbing doesn’t mix with card handling. It roughens up your hands and builds catalysts making your grip and overall handling with a deck compromised and changed. It hit that I need to make a youtube video with difficult routes for my fellow card enthusiasts to follow. Since I believe I should surround myself with those who have more time put into magic than me then why shouldn’t I do this for younger magi than myself? This is why I do what I do. To push others so they want to become better. I love being pushed by card men who are technically more knowledgeable and more advanced than me such as John Bodine, Ricky Smith, Theron Schaub, Brian Hart, Dan and Dave Buck. Arthritis Onslaught part 1 first came out in 7/7/07. Since it received such a good response I decided it was only right to make a sequel that would come out on 8/8/08. After AO2 I realized that it was one of my finest pieces only after a year or so of looking at it. The more I thought of topping it, the more I …

Hi everyone.
My boss just found out her 16 year old daughter has type 1 diabetes. We were all very sad to hear the news. Apparently she will be taking medication everyday for the rest of her life and she has a strict diet to follow. What’s the difference between type 1 and type 2? Also, do people with diabetes have a tendency to be thin and lose a lot of weight because of their diet? Apparently before she was diagnosed, she lost 10 pounds within a month.
I have a little bit of cellulite that really bothers me on the backs of my thighs only. I know that almost 100% of women suffer from the same thing, so I’d like to know if any girls out there have had any success with any type of lotions, massage, or treatments? I’d love to hear your story!

As a personal trainer, clients frequently ask me for the best cellulite treatment. Because of their interest, I started to research the topic online. I ran across literally dozens of creams, lotions, therapies, wraps, exercises, etc., all claiming to be the “holy grail” of cellulite reduction. Amid all the misconceptions and false information, I finally found a cellulite treatment containing nature’s best weapon against cellulite.
Cellulite begins appearing due to heredity and lifestyle. Obviously, individuals can do nothing about heredity, but they certainly can change their lifestyle.
In terms of lifestyle, any substance or action that de-toxifies the body is beneficial. Excessive toxins within fat cells are the greatest culprits in cellulite formation.
If these toxins are not flushed away, they accumulate in lipids directly below the surface of the skin. Because they literally need to be flushed away, individuals who fail to drink enough water are susceptible to cellulite.
It is interesting that some forms of cellulite creams actually contain agents that draw moisture from the skin. This form of dehydration is actually counter productive in eliminating cellulite.
So, what IS the best cellulite treatment, and the most effective ingredient?
Simple, and you probably had one for breakfast this morning. It is the stabilzed components of the egg. Most skin care professionals understand the nutritional components of an egg, and how it benefits the skin.
Only one treatment I found had these components in the stable form of a cream. The treatment has a profound, de-toxifying effect on cellulite. In fact, the cream is so effective, it does not need to be massaged in for it to work!
So, are you ready to TURBO-Charge your results in getting rid of cellulite??
After my clients began approaching me wanting to know how to get rid of cellulite, I began to search for information online.
